Refund and Returns Policy

Returns :

At EsmiKart, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure you receive it in the best possible condition.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Colour or shade variation
  • Size expectations
  • Design or appearance differences due to lighting, screen resolution, or photography
  • Personal preference after delivery

Please read product descriptions and view all product images carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly assist you.

To process your claim:

  1. Record a continuous, uncut 360° video while opening the parcel.
  2. The video must start before the package is opened and clearly show:
    • The sealed package
    • The shipping label
    • The entire unboxing process
    • The damaged or incorrect product
  3. Share the video with your order details on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund / Replacement

Once your claim is verified, EsmiKart will provide one of the following, depending on the situation:

  • Replacement of the damaged product
  • Replacement of missing parts (where applicable)
  • Refund (only if replacement is not possible)

The decision will be based on our verification.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: EsmiKart.in, UG-08, Solera Signature Complex, Sector 107, Gurugram, Haryana 122017

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
